Navigating crisis through balance and self-care

Autumn or Fall can bring the energy of change and release.  This Fall eclipse and equinox are catalysts for change and releasing what no longer serves you and for you to find the balance for you and your needs.  

Rationally, we know we need to do these things, and we know the benefits they can bring but the resistance to the change, taking steps in a new direction and stepping out of the comfort zone can cause us to go into crisis and cause inner chaos.  This time of year, you can be feeling the push but not have the clarity or know where to start and this can cause stress and anxiety. 

Here are some ways you can navigate this:  

  1. Lack of decision is most likely driving this crisis, so do something, make a decision to take a small step, something, anything the easiest thing to break the dead lock.  Something that will support you moving forward.

  2. Any emotional turmoil you are feeling is a reflection of your thoughts.  So, take charge of your inner chatter and tell yourself, even though my negative mindset is connected to this change, I can just as easily think positive thoughts and speed up this process. 

  3. Have faith in your abilities, life is full of changes so you probably have been here before and felt exactly the same way and yet you got through it. 

It is important to remember we are human, we are naturally resistant to change, it’s always uncomfortable to move from the comfort zone and understanding this can prevent the crisis.

Prioritise your self-care, get professional support and keep the end result in your mind and take on step at a time to get there.  Being in balance is so important now, your can navigate life better when your energy is clear and balanced.
