Positive Self Talk

We all have a joyous voice inside. We may not have heard it in a while, buried under some louder voices that like to talk about what is wrong. Now, with all that is going on in the world, it is being buried deeper.


So, maybe it’s time to dig it out. What is bringing you joy? If nothing is showing up in the present, bring up some memories that ignite joy, as you are now raising your vibration and the Universe is starting to pay attention. Begin to have inner conversations that are positive, fun, and happy. Your body starts to flood with good hormones which are so good for your physical and emotional wellbeing.


As an Energy Practitioner, I see the effect negative self-talk, criticism and judgment have on our energy body, It closes down our flow, energy stagnates and our vibration is lowered considerably.


Make time each day for positive self-talk with the following tips:


1 On waking say one positive thing about yourself incorporating it into your grounding exercise.


2 Give thanks for an achievement you accomplished today.


3 Plan something you enjoy no matter how small to raise your vibration.


It’s not a luxury to feel joy and delight, it’s a necessity and at the moment we really need it.
