There is a key step in the Law of Attraction that people often forget to use, we get caught up in making lists and visualising and it one of the easiest and important parts of the attraction. This important step is gratitude.


Gratitude is a powerful Law of Attraction exercise. It raises your vibration and aligns you with the energy of the Universe. Gratitude can transform many areas of your life.


With gratitude, you are connected to the creative energies of the Universe. No matter how your life looks, you have the power to make it better. Knowing this alone will inspire you to be grateful and to appreciate everything that is coming to you.


The following are steps to create a daily gratitude practice:


1. Commit. This is a practice that gains momentum over time and with practice. There will be days when gratitude will be the furthest thing from your mind, however, it does have a magnetizing power so find the smallest thing to be grateful for.


2. Begin. Sit down with a pen and paper and start “I am grateful for” and state why, this brings us to a deeper level when we pause to think about the why, otherwise it’s just a grocery list.


3. Write it down. The written word is very powerful, it has an energy of its own. Writing is a spiritual act that invites us to look beyond the surface.


4. Feel it. Summon up the feeling of gratitude in your heart. Let it pour into every cell in your body, place your hands on your heart and embody it.


The key is to continue with the gratitude list once you start to see the results, keep the magic and momentum going.
